Founded in 2012 by Courtney Moody, Mood Marketing & Events is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Seekonk, MA (just outside of Providence, RI and about 45 minutes south of Boston, MA) providing services to small and medium sized businesses. Our primary areas of focus are social media, digital marketing, and content marketing, but we also provide traditional marketing and public relations services.

As an agency, we operate as an extension of our clients’ business. We are happy to work either in place of full-scale marketing team or in conjunction with one.

We are not a one-size fits all agency. We pride ourselves on our ability to develop strong strategies for our clients and create exceptional content to implement them. We understand that each of our clients are different and have needs and requirements that are unique to their business and goals.

A self-described pop-culture junkie and “person of the Internet,” Courtney has been working in Marketing since completing her formal education. She attended University of Massachusetts Amherst and received her BA in History with a concentration in Communications before briefly attending law school, which she found to be much less exciting and invigorating than she had anticipated. During her time in law school, she realized she needed a creative outlet and started her own blog, which caused her to fall head over heels for the world of digital and content marketing. She has a considerable amount of experience creating content for beauty, health, wellness, and technology companies.

Courtney lives in a tiny town in Massachusetts with her husband and two sons.
